Clinically Proven Results

Era Diabetes was designed to motivate children to self-manage their diabetes. Self-management
encompasses the testing and logging of blood glucose; and making immediate lifestyle and/or insulin adjustments.
Era Diabetes was implemented for use at McMaster Children's Hospital among children who were not actively engaged in their self-management regime. Children are rewarded for the act of self-management, not their blood glucose reading.
Era the Dolphin coaches users and utilizes augmented intelligence to suggest insulin dosages, based on users’ medical histories. Era Diabetes has been implemented at McMaster Children’s Hospital and motivated 85% of patients to self-manage daily.
